    Lill sighed, shaking his head slightly, and turned to the elder. "One thing more good sir. Do you know where we can find them? Where do they like to lair?"

    The elder's face screwed up in thought. Finally he answered. "Travel for a day along the north trail, and turn off at the rock shaped like a bear...or was it a lion...a bear, yeah...hmmm" He stops for a moment, and then shakes himself, "So turn off at the rock shaped like a...thing...and if you go a couple hours back you'll be right where the wolves was when I hunted them a long time ago."

    Lill shook his head again. "You have our thanks," he said to the elder, and then turned, walking from the building.

    When you joined him outside, Lill turned to you. "The starts tomorrow. If we move fast tonight, we could get most of the way to where the elder said he found the wolves all that time ago. How soon can you be ready?"

    "Bearlion!" He suddenly outbursted, "What a great mythical beast! It must be an omen of some sorts! An omen to tell us to get ready immediatly!"

    Biggles knocked his fist repeatedly into his head and smiled, "Let's go right now! I can't wait to take of deez wolves, protect the capybara, and take on the title of Packman!!!! Yaahoooooo!!"
    If you're in a war, instead of throwing a hand grenade at some guys, throw one of those little baby-type pumpkins. Maybe it'll make everyone think of how crazy war is, and while they're thinking, you can throw a real grenade at them. -Jack Handey

    Lill nods in agreement, and soon you two are on your way. You are able to travel for five hours before the sun sets. Camping that night goes well enough, though you hear the howling of wolves in the distance. They don't seem to be near you.

    The following morning you begin travelling once again. About 11 AM, you come to a large rock that looks oddly like a moose.

    Neither of you think anything of it (in golem survival rolls - 7 and 8), and begin to move on. You've walked no more than 20 ft. when you hear a low growl coming from behind you.

    Looking back, you see that two wolves have just come around the rock. They stare at you hungrily.

    The first wolf charges at Lill, but misses its bite attack.

    "Come on and take in yah' beady widdle eyes, doggy!" Bigglestaag screamed, and threw his mighty(?) throwing axe at the wolf attacking Lilliputs, moving into range if neccesary.

    ooc - I'll need you to post attack and damage rolls.

    If you want to use the forum dice roller, the code is

    [dice=numberofdice]sidesofdie[/dice]

    example [dice=1 (since you are making one attack)]20 (since you are using a 20-sided die)[/dice]

    Tell me what your attack bonus is, and roll damage as well. If you have any questions, I'll be in the golem for another 45 minutes or so.


    EDIT - NOTE - if you are editing a post, a dice roller code won't work, it has to be in the first post.

    So, since this is an edit, here is an actual dice roller code
    [dice=2]20[/dice]

    And then just note: Roll 1 - Attack +2/Roll 2 - Random (or whatever it's for)

    and then say if you needed one for damage


    [dice=1]6[/dice]

    Damage +3

    ...deals a mighty 6 damage to the ground next to the wolf!

    Lill takes a five foot step back and to the right (as you look at the map), and casts bless.

    +1 on attack rolls (and a few other things that won't matter here - http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/bless.htm)

    The final wolf runs up and attacks Biggles, and likewise misses.




    ooc - remember that if you throw an axe, obviously you no longer have it in your hand. Drawing a weapon is a move action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity.

    I don't have the map here, so I can't update it till Monday. We'll resume gaming then.

    Wolf 1 once again attacks Lill, dealing 2 damage. He fails the trip attempt.
