    Quirks:
    - Tends to use wrong descriptions for senses, when speaking. People have pointed this out to him, but regardless, he hasn't made any attempt to correct it.
ie. 'I can taste his scent', 'This book feels delicious'
    - Whenever he thinks he has played badly, he complains that he wasn't holding his violin properly (usually, this is not the case).
    - If he has his violin out, and hears someone say or do something stupid, he taps them on the head with his bow (the one for his violin).
    - Believes that music has the potential to stimulate senses beyond just hearing.

Kyrros never really knew his true parents; he was adopted by a traveling band of gypsies. He saw many places during his travels, and his gypsy parents taught him a trick or two about divination. A conflict arose when Kyrros became a bit older, and had learned that most of his gypsy parents actions were just lies. Angry at them, he had fled into the wilderness while camping in a forest overnight. Having to learn to survive on his own for awhile, he was eventually picked up by a traveling wizard who had happened across the boy.

The wizard, interested in possibly turning the boy into an apprentice, started teaching Kyrros some minor magic... and wasn't overly surprised when the boy failed to cast anything with a noteworthy effect. However, the young Kyrros got into music, and the wizard was soon to realize that Kyrros is an able caster, as long as he has a good rhythm to string his magic to. Kyrros likewise managed to find his way into the wizard's library, and had read up on large amounts of lore and stories. Amazed at what the world had in store, he had decided to set out on his own for awhile. The wizard, knowing that he was unable to help with Kyrros' odd magic, willingly let him go out on his own, and had dropped him off in the same wilderness spot that he had found him.

Kyrros grew accustomed to the wilderness, eventually found his way around, and started performing his music at taverns. This is about the time that he started to recite the epic tales he had read about inside the wizard's library.

Kyrros is now hunting the countryside for a story of his own; hoping to become one of the epic heroes he had heard about in such tales. Or, at least, know one such hero personally.

    Kyrros’s Atari Items:

    Spring-shot Violin.
This Masterwork Violin has a special bow that has a loose wire along the top that is wound around a small pulley on the belly of the violin(standard action). As you play the violin the pulley winds a coil inside the violin that creates enough tension to launch small sling bullets out of the ribs of the violin. You can load 6 round bullets(only bullets) into the top of the violin as a standard action, once loaded it becomes a move action to let loose 1 bullet, a standard action to let loose 2. (you can maintain focus on music (standard action) while firing 1 bullet(move action), but at -2 penalty to attack)

    Violin shot : +1(MW), 1d4, 19-20/x2, 20ft range increment, bludgeoning.
    Masterwork, 10lbs(15lbs loaded)

This was created for you by your wizard guardian who was also a master inventor who loved mechanical devices.

    MW Chainshirt
    MW Rapier
    Sling bullets (30)

Eeek, that will throw me into Medium encumbrance.

Assuming that the MW stuff replaces the old stuff, the sling bullets (at 5lb. per 10) will cause me to be a bit overweight.

The new stuff is good though... can I ditch some of my lvl 1 stuff, possibly? Trail rations, Bedroll? Just trying to keep mobile.

yeah it's your stuff, throw away what you don't want/need

You have rations for 8 days, that could be lessened.

    Water/sling bullets the same.
Another solution to this I use is having 1 sack with extra ammo/rations and water that you can carry and then drop if mobility becomes more important than a meal 6 days away. (plus you get lighter as you eat it. just share a lot )

Hmm... would the backpack work for that?

I am thinking of strapping the waterskin, bedroll, trail rations, and torches together, to produce a sort of equipment pack that I could slip off my arms on sight of combat... alot of weight off of my shoulders, literally, and really get the mobility up. In addition, I could keep the violin and rapier/bullets attached seperately to my body, so I could have all of them with me even after dropping said equipment pack.

Just a thought... I expect that it would be a move (or even standard) action to drop, but I don't think it to be too much of a problem... I could just spend the other move action drawing a particular weapon or somesuch.

Might be a problem if the enemy got its hands on it... but Kyrros would just give em the usual treatment that he may give a petty thief trying to pilfer from his tip jar: a clean bullet to the head. =)

Ah, alright, I will go with that then. Do I edit the sheet to reflect these changes?

Just list the sack last with a space from the rest of your gear, then put whatever is in the sack below the sack text
