    Frazzle “Fizzle” Vae’hixz
    Son of Cax’ix “Bolt-thrower” Vae’hixz and Liava Mindwave, heir to the Mindwave Clan
    Legandary Xeph Soulblade/Soulbow, and Psionic Warrior respectively.



    An excitable, good-hearted boy who’s a bit of a hypochondriac, Frazzle discovered his psionic ability to manifest weapons quite on accident, and quite traumatically. As the youngest of 6 children in a family with Epic Parents, Frazzle was always the one just not quite good enough or ambitious enough to live up to the standards of his siblings. This led to him being the punching bag for jokes and sibling violence. Always an emotional boy, one day his sister had pushed him too far, she was holding him against the wall with a psionic force to his head. He truly feared his head was going to be crushed. Suddenly a blade appeared in his hand, manifesting as if out of thin air. Frazzle remembered that 1st feeling of the energies around him coalescing into that blade.

    On instinct he struck out at his sister, dealing her a mortal, but not fatal blow. She had survived, and even forgave Frazzle. But he had never forgiven himself. As his powers grew he was afraid to hurt others, so he started learning control from his father. Then his mother started teaching him to tap into even more complex psionic powers, requiring him to discipline his mind. But still, when he got agitated, or overly emotional, his blade appeared, a different looking blade(style-wise), for each emotion.

    University was the only answer, studying with others of his own age, which was new to Frazzle, having been home-schooled and the youngest person in the mansion most of his life. But now he had graduated, he could, with enough focus, control his abilities, and even focus his blade at will, though it did pop up on its own from time-to-time still.

    He had become an official Initiate of the Soulbow, his manifesting powers now extended to an arrow, which could be launched much further than his blade. But the control lessons were the key. Frazzle had to maintain control of his emotions.

    As part of my Mother’s family, each of her children must subject themselves to being scrutinized by the Shield of the Mindwave Clan. At 21, each sibling presents their self to the shield, and the shield will then decide to pass itself to that sibling or not. It can only choose once, and the one it chooses will possess the shield until they have a child of 21 years that the shield deems worthy to carry on the family honor and legacy. The family grew increasingly surprised as each sibling and cousin was rejected by the Shield. In fact, even when his sister had been denied, everyone assumed Frazzle’s parents were to have yet another child, for surely Frazzle, the emotional runt, was not to be the legacy of the Mindwave Clan…

    Armor with a +10 value (+5 enhancement bonus and +5 in Attributes) normally costs 100,000gp by itself. The Ghost Ward (+1), Animated (+2), and Arrow Deflection (+2) build on top of the +5 enhancement bonus for a total of 100,000gp.

    Flat GP Additions (Intelligence, Energy Resistance, etc), have their +GP added as a flat value to that 100,000gp...

    By my calculations, I show a total value of 265,820
    101,020 for the shield as a +5 Animated, Arrow Deflection, Ghost Ward, Mithril Shield (+10 Shield).

    The Energy Resistance (5 times), Intelligence, Manifester, Mind Armor, Aporter, & Averter attributes are a flat value GP cost for a total additional GP Value of 164,800.

    Oh, and question about Boots of Mountain King and the Power SKATE...
    Do the Mountain boots allow me to SKATE up and down slopes without penalty? And can I Skate across hindering terrain that is rubble-based?

    That was kind of my question, Does mountainous rubble count as unhindering since I can move through it unhindered with the boots on?

    As the boots enable you to move normally through scree and inclines/declines normally and without penalty, the Skate power would operate in those conditions.
