    Appearance
    He's fairly indistinct when compared to other elves. He has an average elven build with blond hair down to his shoulderblades. His gaze often seems distant, as if guaging the horizon or perhaps seeing through the person he is in conversation with. Across his back is a heavy pack of travelling equipment and a quiver is at his hip. He carries a longbow, which is shod and commonly used as a walking stick when he is travelling.


    Background
    Seperated from his elven tribe at an early age, he was picked up by a mercenary troupe. There he quickly became one of their archers. He spent a few years with their troupe before a botched job left the group without it's leadership. After which, the troupe disintegrated.


    Personality
    His time with the mercenaries (most of whome were human) has made him somewhat calloused for an elf. He has less sympathy for nature and his personality seems rougher around the edges. But he has a strong sense of community and is willing to put himself out for the good of the group.

    Level 2 Atari-items. I think you'll like:

    Mace Bow – This masterwork, composite Longbow is all that you have left of your family, it had belonged to your father, a member of an elite group of Arcane Archers who once served the last Elven King before his kingdom came to ruin and the Elves scattered across Noobania in tribes.

    Mace Bow is a Composite Longbow that weighs 3 times what a standard bow weighs due to its heavy oak construction and the large balancing knob at the base. This Knob is an effective bludgeoning weapon in close range, allowing the bow to be used as a Mace (light) in addition to working as a standard bow.

    Masterwork Dagger
    Masterwork studded Leather

    Phosphorus Glow-strip – this small strip of white cotton has been laced and tempered with a phosphorous composite mixture that, when bent or kneaded glows low-light in a 30ft radius. (so you can roll it in your hand, stretch it out, and tie it to your arm/leg/weapon. The glow will last about 15 minutes at a time, then you have to roll and/or knead it again to reactivate it.

    Default Note to Self:

    Encumbrance rules state "Like armor, a character's load affects his or her maximum Dexterity bonus to AC, carries a check penalty (which works like an armor check penalty), reduces the character's speed, and affects how fast the character can run, as shown on Table: Carrying Loads."

    This particularly means that the Dex-mod penalty from Diz's medium encumbrance only restricts his AC. It does not rattle down and affect everything else the character's stats are based on. (( ~whew~ Thank god for that one! ))
